FED UP!

There, I've  said it!

Mainly work but also includes debt snowballing, house repairs and everything else!

I have a persistent  feeling of  "Is this it?"

I'm not a depressive person and this has seemingly come from nowhere, anyone else feeling the same?

  1. Chin up, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully the sun is also down your way today.

  2. I have had a few days like that, but on days the sun is shining and I can get outside I feel much better and also sleep better at night. It has been such a l-o-n-g winter lets hope thats past now and we can start to look forward to warmer weather.

Hang on in there it WILL get better x

  5. Oh I get like that too. Is this it, is this what I go to work for, my life is boring, I deserve a treat I work really hard.....that's how my little inner voice goes. It's very normal when you are saving and it is hard but you will get past it and it will get better. Keep you chin up and remember we all feel like that at some time or another.
    Much love

    1. Thanks FIB ( always makes me think of Thunderbirds!)
I think I'm going to plan a little treat to break the monotony, it doesn't help that I have horrid job on at the moment that really makes me question humanity :-( x

  6. It would be nice to think that some sustained good weather would help.... The late snow, almost constant grey skies and general chilliness has been a real drag on mood... Jx

  7. Hi yes I do get like this & battle with it quite a lot. Part of our moving is to get out of a rut so I can totally relate. Sometimes its hard to be positive , it does take some working at. I think that's a good idea to treat yourself & give yourself some tlc xx

  8. HI M&M

I stumbled across your blog from (I think!) FQ and have been loving your journey so far. The weather doesn't help and I think it's inevitable to feel a little "blue" when you've been on the journey for so long.

Have a breather, have a small and frugal treat and remember what your ultimate goal is and how precious it will be reach that.

Good luck and I'll be keeping an eye on how things are going.

  9. I hope you're feeling brighter. Take heart that you have a light at the end of your tunnel. One day the debt will be gone and the house will be finished- when that happens your choices will be greater and you may feel better able to cope with the other stuff that is going on ( though having just read about your job there is no wonder you feel down). I know that for me, this is it, in terms of both finances and health - both are problematic at the moment, but I'm fortunate not to have the external pressures of work to add to the mix.

  10. Bless you - things aren't easy, but we have it better than so many other families out there, that I'm thankful every day for the small blessings.

    Chin up and keep smiling.
